**The Dells Rally is proud to have the THE REF, a WiDOT Transportable High-End Rider Education Facility on site for the weekend. A portable facility that provides an interactive approach to motorcycle safety. One feature will be the Honda SMARTrainers on which a student can "ride" with the assistance from a RiderCoach who will also be able to provide a printout of how well the rider did. THE REF is a new facility and program for the State of Wisconsin - come have a look. | Featuring
